The "Thyroid Thyrive" program is a 5-week group coaching program and course focused on improving and maintaining thyroid health. It is designed for individuals who are interested in understanding the importance of thyroid health while addressing ongoing symptoms (unintentional weight changes, skin issues, fatigue, constipation, anxiety or mood changes) and adopting lifestyle and dietary practices that support thyroid health long-term.

The program is structured into five weekly modules, each covering specific aspects on how to revive thyroid health. Each module will be released 1 week at a time on Monday’s at 7am EST starting on the start date of the program. Topics include breaking down my 4-phase protocol for thyroid health, the gut-adrenal-thyroid connection, lifestyle habits, thyroid-healing strategies, and sustaining thyroid health for the long term. Participants will get life-time access to educational materials and resources.

Yes, the program is designed to be adaptable to various dietary preferences and can be customized to accommodate specific health conditions. While I provide general guidelines, participants are encouraged to consult with a healthcare professional or dietitian for personalized advice based on their individual needs.

I recommend allocating approximately 2 hours per week for course materials, live sessions, and any additional activities. However, participants can progress at their own pace, and all content will be accessible for the duration of the program.

Yes! The program includes interactive elements such as live Q&A sessions, group discussions, and a community chat where participants can connect with both myself (Nicole) and fellow participants. This creates a supportive environment for sharing experiences and asking questions.

As soon as you purchase the program, you gain access to your portal where you’ll find your starting program materials and community group chat. Once the program begins, you’ll receive your weekly modules every Monday at 7am EST.

You will need to enroll before a specific start date. This 5-week program is designed to run 2x per year in the months of October and April. Enrollment is open up to the day prior that the program begins. Live sessions will be scheduled weekly throughout the 5 weeks, and recordings will be available for those unable to attend in real-time.

After the program, participants will have access to the recorded sessions and ongoing support through the community chat for up to 6 months after the program ends. You have lifetime access to resources and meal plans. The goal is to empower individuals to continue their journey toward optimal thyroid health beyond the duration of the course.
