Constipation, IBS & Pelvic Floor Dysfunction: Connecting the Dots
Hosted by Nicole Nyerick, RDN and Dr. Alana Falco-Kiriakidis
Monday March 9th at 6PM EST
Bloating, constipation, and pelvic pain doesn’t have to be your norm.
Two experts are here to share why your symptoms may not be solved by traditional treatments (Taking stool softeners, drinking more water, eating more fiber…)
Bloating, constipation, pelvic pain, leaks, pressure, or core instability are often treated as separate issues— but they’re deeply connected.
In this webinar, a registered dietitian and pelvic floor therapist come together to explore the powerful relationship between gut health and pelvic floor function. You’ll learn how digestion, stool quality, the microbiome, nervous system regulation, and nutrition can directly influence pelvic floor symptoms—and why focusing on only muscles or only food often falls short.
When you attend live you’ll receive an exclusive discount to try out virtual nutrition and pelvic floor therapy yourself.
We’ll break down:
How gut issues like constipation, bloating, IBS, and straining impact the pelvic floor
Why pelvic floor dysfunction can worsen digestive symptoms
The role of diet, hydration, nervous system balance, and movement
Common myths to eliminating constipation for good (it’s not just fiber or Kegels)
Practical, realistic strategies to support both gut and pelvic floor health
This webinar is ideal for women experiencing persistent GI symptoms, pelvic floor concerns, postpartum changes, or anyone looking for a root-cause, whole-body approach to healing.
You’ll leave with clarity, actionable tools, and a better understanding of your body—without overwhelm or shame.

REGISTERED DIETITIAN | FUNCTIONAL PRACTITIONER
Meet Registered Dietitian Nicole! After overcoming her own history of uncomfortable bloating and health issues, she is eager to help others do the same.
Nicole studied at Framingham State University, graduating with her Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition & Dietetics and earning her credentials of Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) in 2020.
She knew her education at FSU was valuable, but it was missing something — Nutrition and lifestyle that addressed chronic symptoms and health conditions from a root cause approach. She then went on to study functional nutrition and medicine, completing her Integrative and Functional Nutrition Certified Practitioner (IFNCP) coursework to advance her learning and support her clients holistically.
She incorporates a mix of functional nutrition and science-based holistic health methods to guide you toward living a symptom-free life while embracing food to its fullest.
